Maheep is an experienced agent with an impressive background in sales and marketing. Before choosing a career in Real Estate, Maheep owned and operated Franchise Restaurants. The time he spent within this business prepared him for the unique challenges of today’s real estate market and developed his skills as a negotiator, marketer and problem solver. Most importantly it taught him to always put the client first.
Maheep prefers to be very hands on when it comes to his real estate business. Having managed his own team in his restaurant business he knew he would have to approach this business with a client centric mindset. So he went on to build his team and business based around the needs of his clients. He does not shy away from "getting his hands dirty". His clients often find him working with the stager to get the right look or with the cleaners to making sure the homes he lists are spotless. From the very begining Maheep's moto has been, doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Thanks to this approach, Maheep has built his business on referrals from happy clients. He measures his success not by the number of homes he has sold, but instead focuses on life long relationships with this clients.
Maheep enjoys working with the TOP brokerage - RE/MAX Hallmark First Group. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
